2. Import Services (China to India)
- Customers must arrange shipment from their supplier to our designated warehouse in China.
- Skyline Global manages the import process from China to India.
- Minimal or no documentation may be required from the customer side; however, this may vary depending on the nature of goods and regulations.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3. Export Services
- Skyline Global provides export services to multiple international destinations.
- Customers may be required to provide necessary documents depending on product type, destination country, and compliance requirements.
- Any delay due to customs or regulatory authorities is beyond our control.
4. Payments
- For China to India imports, payment is generally collected after the goods are received at our India warehouse, unless agreed otherwise.
- All charges including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes must be cleared before final delivery.
- Skyline Global reserves the right to revise pricing based on shipment details.
5. GST & Invoicing
- Skyline Global provides GST invoices for applicable transactions.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing details.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure that goods being shipped comply with Indian and international laws.
- Restricted or prohibited items must not be shipped.
- Accurate information regarding product type, quantity, and value must be provided.
7. Liability
- Skyline Global is not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, port congestion, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for damages arising from incorrect packaging by the supplier.
- Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the service charges unless otherwise agreed.
8. Prohibited Goods
Customers must not ship:
- Illegal or restricted items
- Hazardous materials without proper declaration
- Any goods prohibited under Indian or international laws
9. Cancellation & Refunds
- Orders once processed may not be cancelled.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per company policy and only in valid cases.
